In class interviews

I interviewed Paige to learn about what her future academic plans are. With my interview, I found out that she is majoring in Nursing; she is not in the program right now, but hoping for the best. Right when she graduates, she has two plans. She would either like to take time to travel to show that she has that experience or she would like to get a job right away. Paige stated, "I would probably live at home and work nearby for the first few years," this way she would have an income coming in and then could then move out on her own. She really likes the pediatric area of nursing, but is afraid that it would make her sad to have to see children in pain or dying; she definitely knows that she does not want to work in the ER area. All in all, she is hoping that when she graduated she can find a nice job with benefits, close to home, good hours and everything else that would make it a pleasant working environment.
