Sample CVs

I thought that these Cover Letters and Resumes were pretty good. I thought that the strengths of these would be is that they include all the information necessary. For the cover letters, they showed knowledge of the companies that they also included their strengths and why they would be good for these specific jobs. However, in the 2nd cover letter, I felt that she included a paragraph was not necesarily needed for this application. For the resumes, I feel that one weakness, I would say would be that the first one is too long. A resume should only be about a. page, it is a quick way for employers to get to know a candidate and they don't want to be reading a story about the person. Also the first one did not contain much about the activities the student was involved in or about his skills either. All in all, I think they would need some work and some are better than others but defintely a good start for people who havent made one before
